Standard shipping generally takes 5 - 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Level, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following policy:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Personalised or customised items.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

  • Clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at  to request a return authorisation (RA) number. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the return label. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
